Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has finally lifted ban on flights and travel restrictions from Pakistan as the country has successfully manages the corona virus outbreak. 

Now residents and visa holders can travel to Saudi Arabia after having negative PCR test. The PCR test will have to be undertaken within 48 hours of arriving in Saudi Arabia.
 
National airline PIA has been allowed to operate seven more flights to Saudi Arabia. These flights are in addition to 21 flights, PIA is operating flights to Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Medina. According to a PIA spokesperson, Arshad Malik, CEO of the national airline, has requested the Prime Minister for more flights. 

Under which 7 more projects will be run for Saudi Arabia. These flights are in addition to the 21 flights received yesterday. More flights will make the availability of seats easier for all passengers. PIA operates flights to Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh and Madinah. The spokesman said that all PIA offices would be open on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Similarly, due to the special efforts of Prime Minister Imran Khan, PIA got special permits for 21 more flights to Saudi Arabia. According to a PIA spokesperson, last night CEO PIA Air Marshal Arshad Malik had requested the Prime Minister to play a role in resolving the people's grievances and overcrowding.

Only PIA has been issued exclusively for issuing more flights after using high-level diplomatic means. There was a slight rush and some elements took advantage of the situation and started selling many times more expensive tickets on which the CEO PIA took notice of the matter and published the actual fares and sought permission for more flights.

PIA's 23 weekly flights are departing from different cities of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia with a capacity of 12,000 people.

With the intervention of the Prime Minister, 21 more flights have been added to the system, bringing the capacity of PIA to 25,500.
