The workers were working on the fifth floor of a building under construction in the Hay Al-Naseem area when the scaffolding collapsed and they fell to the ground floor, killing them on the spot.
A terrible tragedy has occurred in Saudi Arabia as a result of which Pakistani workers who worked hard for their livelihood have died. According to the Saudi newspaper Al-Watan, three Pakistani workers were killed in an accident in a building under construction in Makkah. According to the details, the tragic incident took place in Hay Al-Naseem area of Holy City of Makkah Mukarramah where several labourers were working on a building under construction.
Also on the fifth floor of the building, three Pakistani workers were standing on the scaffolding when the scaffolding suddenly broke during work. As a result, the three workers fell to the ground. He died on the spot due to falling from a height.
The accident was immediately reported to the Azizia police station. A police team, ambulances and paramedics arrived on the scene.
However, there were no signs of life in them. The bodies of the three unfortunate Pakistanis have been shifted to the morgue of a nearby hospital by the Red Crescent. An investigation has also been launched into the cause of the accident. In the next few days, the bodies will be handed over to their families residing in Pakistan. It should be noted that most of the construction workers in Saudi Arabia are from Pakistan.
